The Pilot Reading List

Along with our Always Be Writing mantra we also practice the Always Be Reading counter-mantra. The last few years our reading has been dominated by business books as we try to figure out exactly what and who we want our company to be in our second decade of existence. These are just a few of the titles we’ve hung on to – sometimes for dear life – as we continue to navigate the stormy seas of a global pandemic and an entertainment industry in the throes of a massive reset.
